Join us at our IPA Advanced Training Workshop: Friday 20th June 2014
The training workshop pass includes a 2 week training license for IPA + Advanced Analytics for each participant.
Participants MUST bring their own laptop.
Course Highlights
- Advanced Analytics
- Extension of the core functionality of IPA for advanced users, bioinformaticians, and bioanalysts
- BioProfiler
- Casual Networks
- Advanced IPA and Data Integration
- Advanced ‘Search & Explore’. Hands-on case study using the tools of IPA, including the Build & Overlay tools and BioProfiler, to explore different in silico hypotheses of molecular relationships, pathway effects and functional consequences of molecular activity changes.
- Advanced Core Analysis with the Cause-and-Effect functionality using a case study of the temporal transcriptional changes observed during the differentiation of mouse embryonic stem cells to cardiomyocytes
- Proteomics Analysis in IPA
- Working with microRNAs
- Find microRNAs that affect a pathway or gene of interest, and access relevant literature
- Analyze microRNA data to identify and prioritize targets or predicted targets
- Explore downstream of target genes for phenotypes, diseases, or pathways
